How long does delivery take?
We pack your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it arrives in 3 to 14 business days depending on where you live. Tracking number by email once it ships.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. 14 days from receiving your parcel, no reason needed, as long as the seal is intact. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, which EU law permits for sealed goods.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. We deal directly with the Korean brands and their official distributors. Ask for the batch number and expiry date and we will send a photo before you buy.
