How long does delivery take?

We pack your order in 1 to 3 business days. After that it arrives in 3 to 14 business days depending on where you live. You get a tracking number by email once it ships. We put this on the page because it is the most common reason people abandon a checkout.

Why does this cost more than my local shop?

Some of our products are cheaper elsewhere. We buy in smaller batches directly from the brands, which costs more per unit. In return you know the product is genuine and has not sat in a warehouse for two years. For the best price per millilitre, buy the routine as a set.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to cancel, without giving a reason. The item has to be unopened with the seal intact. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, which EU law permits for sealed goods.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. We deal directly with the Korean brands and their official distributors. Ask us for the batch number and expiry date on anything you are considering, and we will send a photo of the actual unit before you buy.
